Kenzo in Warburg

After ordering by phone, I was able to pick up our food 45 minutes later. When I arrived I was allowed to wait another 15 minutes for our food. The warm dishes were already ready and just stood on the side. The sushi wasn't ready. While I was sitting there other customers were being served whose orders were apparently ready. When I remarked that the food was getting cold, I only got a snotty answer from what felt like a 16 (maybe she was 18) year old temporary worker. When paying, I noticed AGAIN that the warm dishes are COLD. This was ignored and we were allowed to warm up our food in the microwave at home. We will definitely not order and pick up the food here again.

Had ordered in advance and after half an hour we were ready to pick it up, on a telephone request whether our order was ready, they simply hung up. Order was not even started, we waited an hour for it on site. The flyer says delivery service, but it is not delivered (never, it is only for advertising purposes). Unfortunately, very disappointing.

Super nice conditions and excellent sushi! Clear recommendation. The only thing you can possibly What could be described as a shortcoming is the waiting time, which I would rather interpret as a quality feature. :) 👍

We only moved to the Steinfurt district three months ago and so far we only knew restaurants in Münster and Enschede. So we were happy to find a sushi bar nearby. When we first visited about two months ago, we ordered a mixed platter with 25 sushis and were very enthusiastic about it. The dishes are freshly prepared and extremely tasty. Since then we have been there two more times and have always been extremely satisfied. It certainly takes a moment to prepare, but personally I find it very comfortable. The re-order is also not on the table in 5 minutes, but you have some time to talk and chat. All in all, we like to go to Kenzo and can only recommend the place for sushi lovers.

Really good. The food is freshly prepared in front of your nose. Really great ambience, slightly rustic but with a fresh touch ... Always happy.

The sushi bar is very easy to find and there is enough parking space all around. The food was very good, freshly prepared and extremely tasty. The ambience initially took some getting used to, but was simply u pleasant - no Chinese deco shop. Up to here I would have given 5 stars. But unfortunately I had to wait almost an hour until someone came to take the order. The waitress looked very insecure, and was probably also untrained. After another 30 minutes I finally had my drink. In the meantime 4 guests had left the restaurant who didn't have such stamina. With three people, one of whom only freshly prepared the sushi and another in the kitchen, the many other dishes, and the girl who then mixed up all the orders, the restaurant cannot function. I wouldn't be surprised if they close again quickly. Unfortunately, because the food was great. You can also order there and have it delivered. As a tip, maybe order in the morning and pick it up in the evening.

Based on the good reviews, we gave Kenzo a try. It was absolutely worth it! I only ordered rice with vegetables, it was served so well and with lots of crunchy vegetables, I didn't expect that. Very tasty, many different Asian dishes and nice service. We recommend.

Were there for the first time today and loved the food. Totally fresh and really great taste !!! Original Vietnamese and Thai dishes. Sushi will be tried next time. And when it comes to food, I'm really picky :))

Super delicious food! The ambience is great. Definitely one, two, three, four ... worth a visit. Dare and if you don't like sushi, you can eat something else. The baked vanilla ice cream with strawberry sauce is a dream. Give Kenzo a chance.

The sushi was one of the best I've ever eaten. Super arranged and great price in relation to what you get for it. Definitely worth a visit !!
